Our program is for adults who are ready.

This is an independent living program — not assisted living. To live here, you need to be able to manage your own daily activities and follow our community guidelines.

Common questions.

Do I need good credit or rental history?

No. We don't require a credit check. We do require a verifiable income source and a brief screening conversation.

Can my case manager visit?

Yes. Social workers and case managers may visit with 48-hour advance notice and must remain in designated common areas.

How long can I stay?

Memberships are month-to-month. There's no fixed end date — many residents stay several months. We ask for 30 days' written notice before moving out.

What if I have a disability or need an accommodation?

Submit a written request to management and we'll work with you to find a reasonable solution in compliance with fair housing laws.

What happens if I can't pay on time?

Contact us before your payment is late. We want to work with you when possible. Late payments beyond 3 days may incur a fee; ongoing non-payment may result in membership termination.

Is my room private?

Your room is your private space. We only enter for emergency repairs (immediate), scheduled maintenance (24-hour notice), or routine inspections (7-day notice, max once per month).
