How It Works
Four steps from first call to successful placement.

Complete our brief referral form with client name, income source, and housing need.
We conduct a brief phone screen with the applicant — usually same day.
Once approved, we schedule move-in within 24–48 hours. You'll be notified of placement.
Eligibility
Our program is for adults ready for independent living. We are not a licensed assisted living or skilled nursing facility — residents must be capable of managing their own daily activities.
